Pulling fragments of footage from the television program 'Alfred Hitchcock Presents'-in which Hitchcock addressed viewers before and after each episode-I have re-edited the clips so that Hitchcock delivers a speech on the metaphysics of the electronic image and on the television as a metaphor for human mortality.
